§ 1 Scope and Provider
(1) These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed by consumers (Section 13 of the German Civil Code – BGB) via the online shop www.lil-shop.com.
(2) The provider and contractual partner is:

(3) The contractual language is English. These Terms are also available in German.
(4) The online shop is operated on the platform of Shopify Inc., 151 O’Connor Street, Ground floor, Ottawa, ON K2P 2L8, Canada.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to submit a purchase offer.
(2) By clicking the "Place order" button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(3) The contract is only concluded once the goods are shipped or upon express acceptance by email.
(4) We reserve the right to reject orders, especially in cases of suspected commercial resale.
§ 3 Prices and Payment Terms
(1) All prices are stated in euros and include the applicable statutory VAT.
(2) Shipping costs are shown separately during the order process.
(3) The following payment methods are accepted: VISA, Maestro, Mastercard, Amex, Union Pay, and PayPal.
(4) For deliveries outside the EU, additional charges may apply (e.g., customs duties, import VAT), which must be borne by the customer.
§ 4 Delivery and Shipping
(1) We deliver worldwide to the following regions:
Europe, USA, Australia, Japan, Middle East, Turkey, Hong Kong, Singapore.
(2) Shipping costs:
– Germany: €8 (free for orders over €500)
– EU: €15 (free for orders over €500)
– Other countries: on request via email
(3) Orders are shipped via DHL within 3–10 business days. For customized products, the production time may take up to 10 business days.
§ 5 Right of Withdrawal
(1) Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
(2) Detailed information on the right of withdrawal can be found in our withdrawal policy.
(3) The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– Customized products
– Hygiene products
– Digital products
(4) Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
(5) The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers residing in the European Union, the European Economic Area, and Switzerland. For orders from other countries, the applicable local legal provisions apply. In such cases, returns or refunds may be offered voluntarily on an individual basis, but there is no entitlement to a statutory right of withdrawal.
§ 6 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 7 Warranty and Liability
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) We shall be liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. In the event of simple negligence, we shall be liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), and such liability shall be limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
§ 8 Online Dispute Resolution and No Participation in Consumer Arbitration
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 9 Final Provisions
(1) German law shall apply, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) If individual provisions of these Terms are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
(3) The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract shall – to the extent legally permissible – be Berlin, Germany.
