Return and refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase at Lil*Shop. Below you'll find all relevant information on returns, refunds and exchanges.

1. Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days after you have received your order.

For orders delivered to an address in the European Union, the statutory 14-day withdrawal period applies regardless of this goodwill extension (see section 6).

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Items must be sent back only after your return request has been approved
  • Returns that arrive without prior authorization will not be accepted

We will then send you return instructions and, where applicable, a return label.

Returns are made at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using tracked shipping and sharing the tracking number with us after dispatch.

For returns from non-EU countries, clearly mark the parcel and customs declaration as:
"Returned goods – no commercial value". This will help avoid unnecessary customs charges.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at you@lil-shop.com so we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.

4. Non-returnable Items

The following items are excluded from return:

  • Made-to-order or customized products
  • Personal care or hygiene items (e.g. cosmetics)
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Discounted or sale items (final sale)

Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it first. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

6. European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country within the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • You must inform us within 14 days after receiving the goods
  • The goods must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and tags
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we expressly agree otherwise
  • The withdrawal period is met if the return is dispatched within 14 days after cancellation

7. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit the amount

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the amount, please contact us at you@lil-shop.com.
