Do you send packages insured?
Each order is insured to the value of 500,00 EUR against accidental loss or damage during transit. If the value of your order is above that value we will individually recommend a shipping insurance to the full value.
Which countries do you ship to?
We will ship to all worldwide destinations.
Which provider will you use for shipping?
For shipping we will use DHL.
How can I pay?
We do not accept online payment (yet). We currently accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. All prices and values quoted on this website are shown in Euro (EUR), are accurate at the time of publication and include the German sales tax (VAT) at the current rate (19%).
Has my order been received?
When you submit your order with the form on Checkout page a confirmation mail will be sent to you. This mail will contain your unique order id. Very soon after that we will contact you to confirm the order and the availability of items.
How can I use the shopping cart
When you are shopping at our Online Shop and put items to the Shopping Cart, they will be saved there for a period of 7 days, with the help of a cookie (a little piece of data inside your browsers database). You can return to your Shopping Cart at any time during your shopping. Any items can be removed from the cart at any point up until final checkout.
What is your Returns Policy?
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the products that you have purchased you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery. We will offer you an exchange provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, fully labelled and with the original packaging.
