‘you can find beautiful things without consciousness’ is the inspiration behind the new Comme des Garçons perfume, called Comme des Garçons, launched last week. In the brand new bottle by Rei Kawakubo, the fragrance is an unusual blend of rose oxides, lilac, hawthorn and scotch tape.

The new Comme des Garçons fragrance opens with the man-made organic composites of aldelhydes and safraleine then opens slowly to hawthorns and derivations of lilac, before exploding into a riot of flower oxides and finally succumbing to notes of industrial glue and brown scotch tape with hints of musk and styrax.

We are pleased to announce the arrival of Airborne, the new perfume by Comme des Garçons in collaboration with Hussein Chalayan.

Airborne, also the title of the Hussein Chalayan Autumn Winter 2007 collection, developed with Comme des Garçons Parfums, is an attempt to capture a sense of Chalayan's journeys from Cyprus to London.
